Ingredients A:
350 mililiters white egg (thick albumen)
175 grams sugar
½ tsp (teaspoon) salt
2 tbs (tablespoon) cream cheese
Ingredients B:
120 grams margarine butter
175 milliliters milk
Ingredients C:
40 grams cornflour
110 grams flour (all-purpose)
1 whole egg
120 grams egg yolks (around 5-6 eggs)
Ingredients D:
25 grams jam
1 ½ chocolate bar (prefer dark one than the milky one)
First, mix ingredients A until soft and peak. Pour ingredients B into a bowl of double bowl until settle. After putting down the heat, take bowl ingredients B from the stove to the work table. Then, one by one pour ingredients C into the same bowl.
Next, mix ingredients A compound with B + C compound and stir them until mixed. Split them into 4 tins and bake them at 180 Celcius degree for 40 minutes. After cooked let them cool down. Then lubricate or grease the first layer cake with strawberry apple jam thickly. Then repeat the action, for the second layer. And for the final layer, pour the cake with melted chocolate on top.
Finally, sassy strawberry with chocolate topping is ready. Freeze the cake to form the top, for the final appearance you can add whipped cream and fresh strawberry or sliced watermelon (small size). Cakes are good for around three days.
